9. BarBri professor, talking about cross-examining a witness: "It's fun to do it that way . . . you know, jerk him around a little bit." [J]

10. BarBri "professor," talking about taking practice MPTs [please note that the "professor" was shouting the entire time]: "The first time you do it, you'll be blown away. The next time, you'll start to get better at it, and you'll get the timing down. And the third time, you'll even start to feel proud of yourself." [E]

Only a couple of updates today. We're both being a little too careful about what we say. But, these are some gems:

7. Bar Review professor, moving from one sample essay question to the next: "So next I want to do Andy, Bob and Charlie... we'll go from the top to the bottom." [E]

8. Erik during dinner, talking about dirty martinis: "Once you get a little bit in your mouth, it's not so bad." [J]

I hope this game doesn't do permanent damage to our brains.

This Is Really Hard

1. BarBri Professor (imitating Triumph the Insult Dog): "Justin Timberlake... you can find him in the rap section, you can find him in the pop section... he doesn't know where to suck!" [E]

2. Jim, talking (way too much) about doing Tae Bo: "You're doing all of this weird stuff, it really works your ass, and it gets to the point where you're like: Holy shit! He wants me to do that again?!?!?" [E]

3. Erik, walking across the street on a hot day: "Oooohhh! Feels like a hot one!" [J]

4. Suzi, referring to Erik's Manhattan: "You worked really hard to get to that cherry." [L]

5. Jim, unscrewing the cable from the back of a TV: "It was really stuck. That kinda hurt." [E]

6. Josh, after a long discussion of the game: "That was dollar worthy." [E]
